Cocktail

The conference’s cocktail will be held in the Majestic Palace Hotel (conference venue) on Sunday, October 18, at 6:30 pm.

One cocktail ticket is included in the registration for all participants. Additional tickets can be bought for R$100,00. They are available for purchase through the registration page on ECOS. If you have already registered for the conference and did not purchase the additional tickets, please contact eventos@sbc.org.br with the request for purchase. After their reply, you will be able to purchase them through the registration page too.

The organizing committee would like to ask all participants and companions to confirm their presence in the cocktail in the registration form here.

Conference Dinner

This year’s conference dinner will be held in the Maria do Mar Hotel (Rodovia João Paulo, 2285) on Tuesday, October 20.

One conference dinner ticket is included in the registration for all participants. Additional tickets can be bought for R$150,00. They are available for purchase through the registration page on ECOS. If you have already registered for the conference and did not purchase the additional tickets, please contact eventos@sbc.org.br with the request for purchase. After their reply, you will be able to purchase them through the registration page too.

Free transportation from the Majestic Palace Hotel to the conference dinner will be provided for all participants and their companions. The shuttle will depart at 8 pm.
