Visa Requirement Information

International conference participants may need a business visitor visa (B1) to enter the United States. A list of countries that do not require a visa is provided by the U.S. Department of State. Further information on business travel to the US is available here.

An invitation letter from the conference organization will be sent to registered participants when requested. For the request form, please click here. Visa letters will state the following facts:

  • Conference title, dates and location;
  • That the requester has paid the required registration fee; and
  • If the requester is an attendee, committee member, speaker, or presenter.
