Instructions

Registration to SBAC-PAD 2016 gives the registrants access to all SBAC-PAD sessions, co-located events, coffee breaks on all three days and the dinner/awards ceremony. All registrants will have access to an electronic version of SBAC-PAD 2016 proceedings published by IEEE. Please read carefully all the following instructions before proceeding with the registration process:

• Author registration deadlines: each accepted paper must have at least one paid registration at non-student fee (IEEE/SBC member or non-member) before the author registration deadline to be included in the Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Author registration deadlines are different depending on whether the paper has been accepted in one of the main tracks of SBAC-PAD or workshops:
  • SBAC-PAD main tracks: September 8
  • Workshops: September 16 September 18
• IEEE or SBC membership fee discount: a discounted member fee applies to members of IEEE or SBC. When registering, you will be asked for your member number.
• Students: undergraduate and graduate students can also register at discount prices. When registering, you will be asked to upload a student ID or other documentation that verifies your student status.
