High-Performance Computing (HPC) is an advanced processing technique, that is able to aggregate multiple computational resources, such that, they can deliver a huge computational power, which has a much higher performance than a regular computing system. To do so, an HPC systems is specifically designed to take advantage of the parallelism, to process huge amounts of data and execute faster complex calculations, in several domains, such as, science, engineering and industry.
HPCE 2020 addresses the current HPC projects in Europe that are shaping the future of computation. It will promote the exchange of ideas and information between universities, industry and laboratories, about the undergoing projects and the new challenges in computing.
Bem vindos ao Porto!
Abstracts submitted to HPCE 2020 must have original content and must not have been published or simultaneously submitted anywhere else.
Manuscripts must be prepared with the IEEE template and submitted via the EasyChair Conference Management System as one pdf file. The strict page limit for initial submission and camera-ready version is one page in the aforementioned format.
After the workshop, the abstracts will be published in the SBAC-PAD 2020 proceedings, which will be available at the IEEE Xplore.
