The registration form for SBAC-PAD'2012 is available in

Advance registration deadline: September 30th.

Final registration deadline: October 26th.

General Notes

The registration fees cover the participation in all sessions, coffee breaks, and conference proceedings.

Membership number for IEEE or SBC is required in order to apply for the respective member fees. A copy of a student photo ID for the current year and IEEE or SBC Student Membership Number must be presented by registered students when checking in at the symposium registration desk.

At least one author for each paper needs to register before the advance registration deadline of September 30th, 2012.

Visa Letters

Due to IEEE visa letter policies, invitation letters for the purpose of visa applications will only be provided after registration and payment confirmation. For requesting a visa letter, please contact General Chair Jose Moreira. Please indicate if you are presenting a paper or just attending, and if you are an IEEE member (provide member number).

Also, you need to confirm that you are not a citizen from one of the countries embargoed by the U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control.
